• Completed product collateral for 5 product modules, named 2 new products, facilitated publication and wrote quarterly advertorials, industry magazine articles and newsletters.

Product Management & New Product Development
Led group of 3-4 product managers and product designers, defined tasks and designed priorities on deadline-driven schedule to meet software release dates and customer needs. Spearheaded Product and Project Management for FuelQuest Energy, joint venture with Saracen Energy Partners, L.P. to reserve capacity in pipeline, take delivery into specific terminal, deliver and invoice fuel.
• Utilized structured Product Development Lifecycle for software development, following methodology of requirements gathering, design, build, test, implementation, and support of FuelQuest enterprise scale applications.
• Designed software module for fuel costing, serving as cost basis for setting retail fuel prices at high-volume retailers and assisting in completing fuel margin analysis, using FIFO, last delivered, and replacement-cost methods of costing.
• Created initial requirement document for ForeSite, global logistics product, helping build first product version.
• Completed requirements document and product design for Fuel Distributor, employing business models in FMS including new modules of sales order management and distributor margin analysis.
Product Strategy, Roadmap Management, Product Design
Directed enterprise product design for Secondary Distribution fuel supply-chain management software solution from idea generation through release. Managed FMS product with approximately 33% of revenue of overall product portfolio.
• Increased customer base by 125% since 2007, by assisting companies to gain greater fuel savings and ROI in diverse businesses including large warehouse clubs, discount retailers, convenience stores, shipping companies, and railroads.
