    • Managed completion of GatePlan product update and continued to direct new releases. Successfully upgraded 80% of customer base to newest product version.
    • Worked with delivery, development and QA teams to ensure customer requirements are documented, executed and tested in each release.
    • Guided GatePlan and GateManager cross-functional team of 6 development and delivery employees in Southlake, TX and Krakow, Poland. Completed product design documents and met with the testing and software quality management team to incorporate automated testing and increase the level of product quality.
    • Directed effort to build new GateManager system using internal investment by creating vision, project plan and deliverables timeline. Led design sessions that included: multiple customer visits, conference calls and WebEx sessions to show new product iterations to gather customer feedback.
